The plain-language conditions for buying and maintaining a leaderboard position.

Paid placement

A payment purchases a public leaderboard placement, not guaranteed traffic, clicks, customers, revenue, or a permanent rank.

Changing positions

Rankings change whenever another listing confirms a higher total. Your listing may move down without notice as the board updates.

Your responsibility

You must control or have permission to promote the submitted website and ensure its name, destination, and content are accurate and lawful.

Moderation

Out of Budget may reject or remove unsafe, deceptive, infringing, or inappropriate listings. Production refund and dispute rules will be published before public launch.
